I provide professional genealogical research, analysis, and consulting. Each project’s scope, timeline, and cost are detailed in an individualized written proposal or agreement.
3. Professional Standards
Research is performed according to accepted professional standards, including the Genealogical Proof Standard (GPS). Every effort is made to ensure accuracy; however, genealogical research depends on historical sources that can be incomplete or conflicting. Specific results are not guaranteed.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees, retainers, and billing terms are stated in project agreements. Payment is due as specified in the invoice. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of work or late payment charges where permitted by law.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide complete and accurate information relevant to their research goals. I am not responsible for errors or delays resulting from inaccurate, missing, or misleading client data.
6. Intellectual Property
All work products, reports, charts, and written materials remain my property until full payment has been received. After payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal use. Written permission is required to publish, distribute, or reproduce any portion of my work publicly.
7. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. My total liability for any claim related to the Site or my Services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific Services at issue.

Site content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. External links may be included for resource convenience; I am not responsible for external content or third-party practices.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
